Development of starch blended guar gum biodegradable films reinforced with cellulose nanocrystals

This project is a collaborative effort to create a replacement to petroleum based plastic packaging. Guar gum, starch and cellulose nanoparticles were studied as raw materials for the preparation of biodegradable films.
